Terms of sale and licence

These terms cover buying and using Inkveil. The seller is Inkveil.

What you buy

A licence key for the Inkveil desktop software for Windows. Nothing physical is shipped. The key is shown on screen as soon as PayPal confirms the payment and is emailed to the address you entered (or, for a gift, to the recipient on the date you chose).

The licence

• Single licences are for one computer; Team licences for three. You may move a licence to a replacement computer.
• Monthly passes and yearly licences stop at the date written into the key. Nothing renews by itself and no card is stored.
• Lifetime licences do not expire and include updates within version 1.
• Keys must not be resold or published. A key shared publicly may be revoked in later versions.

Free version and trial

The free version may be used without a licence, with the limits shown in the app. The 14-day trial is one per email address.

Your responsibility

Inkveil finds personal data automatically and shows every finding for review, but no automatic tool finds everything. You are responsible for reviewing the result before you share a redacted document.

Refunds

If Inkveil doesn't work for your documents, email support within 14 days of purchase with your order reference for a full refund. Refunded keys stop being valid for new activations.

Payments and tips

Payments are processed by PayPal in US dollars and may exclude local taxes. An optional tip added at checkout is part of the purchase price and is refunded with it.

Liability

The software is provided as described. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
